NeteGEM is a mini-company created by students from 4th ESO at GEM School in Mataró, sponsored by Junior Achievement programme in collaboration with La Caixa Foundation.

This experiment aims that students can enter into the world of finances,putting into practice the skills needed to start a business: teamwork, creativity and innovation, capacity for reflection and decision-making capacity, leadership, motivation, critical thinking, conflict resolution, self-esteem and perseverance ... A company in which success depends on the combined efforts of a team.

Furthermore, the creation of a "real" business also aims to promote entrepreneurial vocation of students through sharing experiences, providing a right project et up and fighting for your own idea while finding the needed resources in order to ensure its success.
